When you request your GCMS notes, IRCC and CBSA will send them directly to your email. We will not see your GCMS notes or any other personal information. There are no shipping charges associated with this service as all documents are sent directly to the email address you provide during registration by IRCC and CBSA. Please note that we do not provide hard copies of the documents.
Your PDF GCMS Notes will be delivered to your email inbox within a specified time frame as laid out by IRCC and CBSA. If you do not receive your documents within 30 days to 60 days, please contact us immediately so we may assist you. Please note that the processing of your request and final delivery of GCMS notes is solely dependent on the IRCC and CBSA and has nothing to do with us. We regret that we cannot expedite your application or compel IRCC and CBSA to deliver it to you.
